Monmouth Town Public Realm Improvements - Phase 1 

As previously advised, Griffiths are completing the above scheme on behalf of Monmouthshire County Council.  

We are writing to inform the local community that there has been a change to the phasing of works (as per attached plan). The works that were due to be carried out on Priory Street will now fall into Phase 2. Phase 1 has been altered and you will now see works continue in Agincourt Square on the carriageway and footpaths starting outside the Shire Hall, leading up towards Church Street. As you may be aware, Monnow Street is now open to traffic following completion of works at the "pinch-point". Please be assured that access to properties and businesses will be maintained - although the working areas may restrict parking for the duration of the scheme.
