Road traffic regulations act 1984 section 14(2) (as amended)
Emergency Highway closure notice. Public footpath GN11 (part), Ganarew Herefordshire. Herefordshire Council.
It appears to the County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, that, because of the likelihood of danger caused to the public by a landslide, there is urgent need to close this footpath with immediate effect in the following terms:
- The effect of the Notice is to close public footpath GN11 from OS Grid Reference SO 5274 1532 to SO 5278 1552.
- This notice shall continue in force for a maximum of 21 days.
- There is no alternative route.
Nothing in this notice shall prevent at any time access for pedestrians to any premises situated on or adjacent to the highway or to any other premises accessible to pedestrians from and only from the highway.
