Community Grants 2026-27 Round 1 Now Open!

Monmouth Town Council are now inviting applications for the first round of 2026-27 Community Grants.

Each year, the Town Council fund a Community Grants Scheme of up to £25,000 to support community groups, organisations and charities with their work and projects within Monmouth. The fund is open for applications twice a year in March and October and managed by the People and Places Committee.

If you are a community group, organisation or charity working on projects which have positive benefits for the community and its residents, Monmouth Town Council Community Grants Scheme could help you deliver your next amazing community initiative.

Deadline for Applications – Friday 17th April 2026

Community Grants Networking Event 14 October 2025

Thank you to everyone who attended the Community Grants Networking Event on the evening of Tuesday 14 October 2025. We hope you found the session enjoyable and informative.

Community Grants Awards Presentation Ceremony Monday 30th June 2025

Monmouth Mayor Councillor Jackie Atkin and the Deputy Mayor Councillor Rob Barrell presented awards to some of the successful recipients of 2025-26 Community Grants in the Council Chambers at Shire Hall, Monmouth.
